17 Skippers participated in the Great Pumpkin Regatta yesterday (including 5 Flying Scots). Results show that Capt'n Kevin Rattigan aboard Water Rat won both races followed by Ray Pilot skippering Flirt and Scots and H2O finishing third in the Non-Spin
