3/9/2020 – Feb Report 2020 SSS MANAGER
- I’m pleased to welcome 27 New Memberships YTD. In February we welcomed 8 to our ranks. We’ve finished 2019 with 641 Active Family Memberships. We’ve received 412 paid as of Jan. 31, 64% of Membership has paid and renewed. The office will start applying the Late Payment Fee to those Members who have open Balances.
- Volunteer hours for Feb. 2020 was 702.5 Big February contributions from Tim Thurman, Rick Collard and Mike Trujillo.
- This is the time of year compliance emails and letter will be sent so that the Club can better understand the intentions of under used or derelict boats and Memberships. 60 days marks the forfeit of Member Privileges and 90 Days will have the Membership automatically revoked.

Events & Activities –
- Highlights around the Club in February: final stop of the Viper and VX series was a success. The Scows and Scots are staying active, the PHRF fleet has seen an uptick in attendance the Cherry Pie was a big success. The Sarasota Bay Multi Hull Cup ended up with two days of very competitive racing. And last weekend MC/ Melges 14 Cup was all kinds of exciting and fun.
Next in March, the Pot O Gold and US Sailing Level 1 Course the One Design Midwinters and the SYS Jr. Olympic Sailfest.
